Welcome to the birthplace of user accounts for the Collaboration platform and other internal systems, and the place where you can make sure to have access to these systems!
Using the workflows below you can cope with any kind of user management challenges. Please add this page to your favourites first; then check out the User management FAQs. If you have any questions or encounter any problems, please get in touch with us: firstname.lastname@example.org.
You need your user name (look it up here) and your password for logging in to various global SOS systems. For security reasons, passwords have to be changed quarterly; you can do that three ways, depending on your memory (also see examples of valid passwords).
Starting point: You forgot your password, but remember the answers to your security questions
Action: Define a new password of your own choice
Starting point: You know your password and wish to be able to reset it in case you will forget it one day
Action: Define two security questions and your personal answers to those
SOS co-workers and board members need access to the Collaboration platform; external partners may have temporary access. If you have a valid user account, you can initiate account creation for others.

Starting point: A colleague of yours would like to get access to the Global Intranet
Action: Fill in the form and submit the application for a new Global Intranet user account
=> In case the HR contact accepts the application, the user will be sent instructions on how to finalise on account creation.
To promote consistent information and data protection, user accounts can be governed by authorised co-workers only; there is one such HR contact for each member association and each GSC office.
