When first accessing this site, your user profile will be set up, mainly consisting of your name and surname, your professional email address, the position you hold, as well as the association/office within the SOS Children’s Villages federation you belong to. You may also add further data to your profile on a voluntary basis. When setting up your profile you agree to provide true, accurate and complete information about yourself. You must also maintain and promptly update this information so that it continues to be true, accurate and complete.
Security information and Confidentiality
You have been allocated a user profile and must ensure that neither your user name nor your password (“Security Information”) is disclosed to anyone because you will be responsible for all activities which occur when someone is logged in using your Security Information. It is your responsibility to immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of any of your Security Information or any other breach of security as soon as you become aware of it.
The materials provided on this site are potentially sensitive and of confidential nature. This includes, but is in no way limited to information held on the Collaboration platform and the applications Info Hub, Emergency Roster and Grant Management System, run on it, and Mediabox, Data Warehouse, Dynamics NAV, Fundraising Now, all LUCY modules, global Office 365 instance, Online Directory and Programme Database (PDB). You must not at any time make any of the materials available to any third person without express written authorisation by your superior and SOS Children’s Villages International. You must also take all reasonable care to prevent others from gaining unauthorised access. This includes not leaving your screen unattended while it is displaying confidential information and always locking your screen when away from your computer. Additionally, other than these Terms and Conditions, you will not copy or print any of the materials on this site outside the scope of your employment and unless having checked on the respective Rights Clearance Classifications of assets held by the application Mediabox (“Rights Clearance Classifications”) retrievable at https://adam.sos-kd.org/.
You will comply with any IT Security Guideline issued by SOS Children’s Villages International (“IT Security Guideline”), as amended from time to time, and nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as any waiver or modifications to these. You may retrieve, download, print or save the IT Security Guidelines anytime.
You are responsible for all use you make of this site and activities you carry out in relation to it. You must not knowingly provide any incorrect information to this site and must take all reasonable care to ensure that all information that you do provide is true, accurate and complete and in full compliance with the Child Protection Policy as well as any other Communication Guidelines issued by SOS Children’s Villages International. You will be responsible for all information, including data, text, photographs, pictures, graphics, video, chat, messages, files, sound clips or any other material that you either post or transmit to this site.
You agree that you will not:
- use this site for any purpose outside the scope of your employment;

- violate any applicable internal Rules or Guidelines or any local, national or international law or regulation while using this site.
